On Friday, May 22, I joined the hosts of CNBC’s Squawk Alley–Kayla Tausche, Jon Fortt, and Simon Hobbs–to chat about the morning’s breaking news. It was a lot of fun–even though I had to spend quite a bit of time scrubbing makeup off my face afterward.
Following the announcement of H-P’s quarterly earnings the previous afternoon, we discussed the company’s strategy to split its printer-and-PC business from its enterprise division. In light of news that Uber is seeking another $1 billion line of credit, we also debated whether this development was a sign that the company plans to go public in the near future.
